In it, he advises anyone who is involved in marketing or advertising to kill themselves. No 'ifs', no 'buts', but to just kill themselves. This, he says, is the only way to save their souls, as they are "the root of all things bad". Up until that point of the dvd, i was laughing wholeheartedly at his insinuations about the corruption of good in the world. Then it dawned on me, advertising is more than likely going to be the main destination for a recent graduate in visual communications.
